					<title>BLOG Week 3 - Holiday Blues</title>
					<link>http://tripsmusic.com/mycorner.cfm?feature=1069136&amp;postid=146353</link>
					<description>Hello World,

Merry Xmas to you and your loved ones. You might get a chance to see cousins or relatives you haven&apos;t seen in awhile, or you might not be looking forward to seeing that crazy uncle of yours...lol.

Anyway, I&apos;d like to present to you a song I wrote for all those that don&apos;t have the opportunity to celebrate the holidays with their family. I&apos;m talking about the orphans, homeless, inmates, and soldiers at war.

I hope that this song brings forth a reaction, any reaction. As long as you and I recognize that there are people out there less fortunate, whom wish they can be in our position; with family, close friends, and nice gifts.

Happy Holidays,

S.Prosper

					<title>BLOG Week  2 - Midnight Book Review (Christmas Gift)</title>
					<link>http://tripsmusic.com/mycorner.cfm?feature=1069136&amp;postid=143135</link>
					<description>Wassup ladies..wassup fellas!

Christmas is&amp;nbsp;FAST approaching..hope you&apos;ll be having a good time with your loved ones. I want to take time out to shout out one of the best and realest black authors/writers I came across: &lt;a target=&quot;_new&quot; href=&quot;http://www.sistersouljah.com&quot;&gt;Sister Souljah. The first time I came across her work was attending Dawson College. A friend of mine gave me her book to read: The Coldest Winter Ever. I read the whole book in 2-3 days it was so damn good. I&apos;ve always been into books, but I never read a 200+ page book that fast. I got a chance to read more urban books by different authors over the years,&amp;nbsp;but they have never been as good as Sister Souljah&apos;s 2 books. Around October, I picked up her latest work: Midnight.&amp;nbsp;Easily&amp;nbsp;one of the best books&amp;nbsp;I&apos;ve&amp;nbsp;read&amp;nbsp;since high school. There&apos;s alot of pages to read through, but a must read for any young black male or female. I give it a 9 on 10 easy.

It was interesting seeing life through the eyes of a young kid from Africa, now living in the mean streets of Brooklyn. His narration depicting the many&amp;nbsp;differences between our North American morals&amp;nbsp;and his African Muslim beliefs was&amp;nbsp;fresh and never seen before.&amp;nbsp; This book holds a mirror to our faces and forces us to examine ourselves as it unfolds. I don&apos;t want to say too much and spoil it for those that wish to pick it up. Midnight is my book of 2009, and It&apos;s a great gift for the holidays..

					<title>BLOG Week 1 - 2009 Wrap-Up / Girlfriend Video Shoot</title>
					<link>http://tripsmusic.com/mycorner.cfm?feature=1069136&amp;postid=138604</link>
					<description>Hey everybody! I hope you guys are doing good!

I had the great opportunity to shoot a video for &amp;quot;Girlfriend&amp;quot; in December. It was truely a great experience to work with professionals for 3 straight days. I also had the chance to do a photoshoot with &lt;a target=&quot;_new&quot; href=&quot;http://www.marielyssa.com&quot;&gt;Marie Lyssa Dormeus&amp;nbsp;that same week-end. By Frebruary, my single will be distributed online on Itunes, Rhapsody, Amazon so be on the look-out for that. I am currently putting the finishing touches to my digital tape &amp;quot;M.V.P&amp;quot; with production by Kajmir Royale, Denzel Haskins, &amp;amp; Main Event West.
This year went by fast! 2010 will be bigger and better Lord willing. With my project wrapping up and my video closed to being wrapped up, it&apos;s time to perform again. I&apos;m looking forward to do something special in February so stay tuned.

In the meanwhile, I leave you with my 3 top videos from this week!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;

If you have something on your mind, leave a comment! Until next time...
